Alan Higgins - Cheif Investment Officer, Coutts
Mr. Alan Higgins, CFA serves as the Chief Investment Officer for UK at RBS Coutts Bank Ltd., Asset Management Arm. Mr. Higgins is responsible for the management of the UK based discretionary managed portfolios and contributing towards global investment strategy for the major asset classes. He serves as the Chief Investment Officer of Coutts & Co. He has over 20 years of experience in portfolio management. Prior to Coutts & Co, he worked at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management where he specialised in asset allocation and alternative investments. His previous experience includes senior roles in fixed income portfolio management and working for a multi-strategy hedge fund. Mr. Higgins is a CFA Charter holder. Mr. Higgnis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Bristol University.

Benjamin Yip - Risk Managment - Amplify Trading
Benjamin Yip graduated from Brookes University, having previously interned in Singapore before joining Amplify in 2013 on the Career Program. In addition to trading, he now works with new trainees as a Mentor and Risk Manager as well as fulfilling an Analyst role. Ben also lectures on key theory throughout the first month, ensuring trainees are confident with using the various platforms and their compliance with risk policies.
